EEA Family Permit

I want info on how to apply for a eea family permit for my mother who is non eu. My mum is 47yrs and she dependent on me. Also she has been living with my children for over year now, the children are also eea national. I want my mother and children to over to Uk but i have no idea how to go about it. I have been in the UK since 2006 and I am currently a student.
Someone told me i to do a DNA test to prove that she is my mum and proof of dependency...Help someone pls :?
