what is HO reference number, work reference number

Hey All,
I am going to apply for my Tier 1 visa extension , and in application form there are 3 sections to fill in.
1. Home Office Reference Number
2. Work reference number
3. Point based system migrant reference number.

Can you please tell me where can i find those information.

Once again i want to note this is Tier 1 extension procedure.

1. Home Office Reference Number: Reference number received from HO for any previous correspondence/ aplication. Leave it blank if you don't have it
2. Work reference number: Any work permit related reference number from UKBA. Only applicable if you were on work permit before. Leave it blank if you don't have it or is not relevant to you
3. Point based system migrant reference number: Reference number received from HO for any previous point based application correspondence. This is the reference number you would have received for your initial Tier 1 application.Leave it blank if you don't have it

So, i definitely dont have first two ones, HO reference number and work permit number(as i am on Tier 1 visa).

Regarding third one - Point based system migrant reference number, is that the number on my Tier 1 visa(right top?)

No, it is a reference number which generally starts with PBS/..... something. There is nothing to worry about if you don't have it. Even i left those spaces blank and got an approval without any problem
