Application for reconsideration under Pankina judgement

Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone can help me:

When i was still in the UK i was refused psw based on maintenance funds only and appeal was dismissed as well. I had enough and left the UK.

However after pankina judgement, i made an application for re-consideration from my country in FEB 11 and till now i've got no response from the home office.

I was just wondering if there's any number or any mail i can contact them on. Please help me out. Thanks a lot.

Did you apply directly to UKBA or in embassy in your country?

Directly through UKBA.

Sent a letter with all requested documents back in FEB 2011.

You mean you sent your passport and other documents from your home country to UKBA in UK.

I am not sure if you followed the correct procedure. I think you were supposed to contact British emabssy in your country of residence/home country..

No, i did not send my passport as this was not required but i did provide a certified copy as requested in 'Points-Based System - Maintenance (Funds): Policy Document version 2.0 of 22 November 2010' under sub-heading 'Applicants who left the United Kingdom following the refusal of an application for leave to remain submitted prior to 23 July 2010'

I believe i followed the correct procedures according to policy document mentioned above.

The UKBA also requested:

Home Office Ref Number
Current Residential address
Evidence of maintenance funds
Details of nearest British High Commission
E-mail address.

I sent all the requested docs on 10 Feb 2011 by DHL with tracking number which has been received by them on 14th Feb 11.

Till now no response from them.
