NHS meternity services- ILR apllication

Post by Vijay.pailla » Thu Jun 14, 2012 12:15 pm

Hi all,
I am due to apply my ILR in November. I am married and expecting a baby in September.

My wife is on Dependent Tier 1 Visa. My wife is registered with NHS and getting full health treatment during her pregnancy time with them. She is given a NHS form for the purpose of Medicines.

Would this count under Public funds claiming by any chance. Also, I am planning for my Peternity leave after the birht of the baby.

Please let me know if any of the above count under public funds, its not late, I still got time to stop the things.

Please help me by giving ur suggessions.

Regards
Vijay
