can i appeal against work hours not allowed

hi guys i am struggling big time.i extended my visa in october 2011 and after that i was not given any working hours.and right now i am really struggling financially.
i want to know that is it possible if i could appeal against that.and in result i would be given working hours again ?
plz plz help me guys that would be highly appreciated ...

i got extention in level 5
and i applied from A rated private college

no, you can't appeal as the decision is correct.

ok and if i change my college to higlhly trusted college but not government funded.
so in that case do i stand any chances of getting the work hours ?

A highly trusted private college is not enough. You need to be studying at an HEI or a publicly funded FE college. In order to get your tier 4 visa/leave to remain you needed to show that you had sufficient funds to pay for your fees and for your living costs.

you need to study level 7 or above course & it should be from public funded college or uni only then they will allow 20 hrs work
