Hi

I came to Uk in 2008 Oct on Tier 2 General Category , Then in 2010 Oct - It was extended to Tier 2 ICT Long Term Est Staff - Now due for Extension again in Oct 2012 in same category .

My Question is AM I ELIGIBLE FOR Permanent Residency / Indefinite Leave to Remain) in Oct 2013 after my Oct-2012 extension .

Didn't you come to the UK in October 2008 as a work permit holder? If you did then the time as a wp holder and as a T2 ICT migrant can be aggregated for ILR purposes.

Hi Thanks for your response . Yes I came on a WP in General Category in 2008 and have not been out of UK apart from annual leaves.
