I had work permit from 13th September 2007 till 31st August 2009.
Then I applied for FLR on Tier 1 General category. UKBA issued me further leave to remain from 19th August 2009 till 19th August 2012.
My first employer (2007 -09) offered me a 2 years fixed term contract.
It was a local Authority/Council. I joined office on 16th July 2007 then they applied for my work permit. (Before that I had student visa).
Can I apply for ILR? If yes can I go to PEO and which station would be the best?
Do I need to apply for FLR as I am short of 25 days to reach 5 years legal stay in UK.
My wife recently joined me here in UK. She got six month Tier 1 dependent visa. Her visa expires on 19th August 2012 same date mine expires.
Can I put her name as a dependent in my ILR - SET(O) ? If not, which form do I need to use?
Does she need to pas English Language test/ESOL? (She has done BS in Electronic Engineering from Pakistan)
If we need to apply separately in different categories How can I referring both applications together as our visa's expires on same day?
