ICT Tier 2 applied in March 2010 - eligible for ILR?

Can someone plesae help me with this question.

I applied for ICT in March of 2010 through my sponsor but received the visa only in April - the start date is April 19. Just want to understand if I will be eligible for ILR after completion of 5 years?

I still work with the same company.

As long as an application for leave to enter was submitted before 06-Apr-10, you are okay under the current rules.
