can a student take her husband as well to canada on student

my sister has completed pgd in uk now want to do Masters degree from canada. can she take her husband as well with her. Does canada allow dependants with students.

Hi,

I am not an expert on this regard, but I've heard of people that have done this without having to use a Solicitor. Have a look at this.
