ILR at PEO Croydon - Additional Document Requested

Post by SID4868 » Fri Jun 15, 2012 2:54 pm

Hello Everyone,

I applied for my ILR with 3 dependents at the Croydon PEO on 11th June 2012...

My case: 3 Years Work Permit + 2 Years Tier 1 General...

Worked for same employer for 4 years - but last 1 year became self employed.

Documents submitted:

Passports, LIUK, Marriage/Birth Certificates, Bank Statements form 1st April 2012 till 31st March 2012, Accountants Letter, P&L Statement, Invoices directly going into bank account, Cohabitation Documents...

The CWO said she is fine with all the above documents - but requested the latest bank statements from 01st April 2012 till 10th June 2012...which was submitted very next day... Dont know why did she asked for that...

I will greatly appreciate if anyone can suggest how long will they take for the response...

One suggestion - do carry bank statements till the very last day if incase the ask...

Thanks,

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wishing all the aspirants of ILR a very good luck - inshaallah you all will be succesful...

Thanks,
