my son has will complete 7yrs and 5 months stay in Jan 2013. on student visa.I am his mother and hold an ILR since 2010.When my son came to the Uk he was 18yrs but I missed the opportunity to make him my dependent then.So he missed his ILR in 2010.

He can get ILR if he stays in the UL legally for 10yrs.What can he do to extend his visa for 2.5 years?any suggestions.
