Do I need to score 75 points again for ILR?

Post by skilled_migrant » Fri Jun 15, 2012 11:07 pm

According to rules changed since April 2011, to apply for ILR we need to score 75 points to apply for ILR.

Now my question is: do I also have to score these 75 points for ILR (though when I got my HSMP approval in 2008 there was no such rule for ILR)?

Will I be affected by any change in rules before I apply?

Any expert reply with some reference to UKBA guide/notes will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes you have to score 75 points of attributes again.

Pls refer to settlement guidance in IDI section in UKBA website.
The question is... to be or not to be....
