Family visit visa query-URGENT HELP!!

Hi there,

This is omar from Lahore, Pakistan. I have applied for a 2 yr family visitor visa with my parents and sister. I submitted my documents on the 1st of June

I received an email from the Abu Dhabi visa office on the 14th of June (abdhaVisaInfo@fco.gov.uk) stating:
Your visa has been issued and will shortly be returned to our commercial partner. This does not mean that your documents are ready to collect: you must await confirmation of this, or follow the collection instructions you have already been given.

however, when i checked my online tracking status on the 15th of june from the VFSglobal website (https://www.vfsglobal.org) it stated:
Visa application is under process at the British High Commission.

I would like to know when our passports will arrive. I have booked seats on the 21st of June, and that's in 4 days! I am worried whether our passports will come on time or not.
