Cancelled vs Expired

Post by wpleo » Sun Jun 17, 2012 10:53 am

Hello there

Just filling in the british passport application and despite reading some threads here still a little bit confused to whether or not I should inculde in the application my cancelled (not only expired but marked cancelled also) passport with which I first entered the UK many years ago, as well as my current valid passport with the ILR stamp in, or would the current passport only suffice?

I got different views from topics I read and thought to recheck.

Thanks for advice.

Going by what you have said.. you should include it to prove your entry in the country

Cheers for your reply.

I have decided to send both passports, as I'd rather send something extra even if it was ultimately considered not required.

Thanks again.
