biometric question

Hello Guys

My wife has sent her FLR(M) application on 11th of February 2012.The UKBA said they send a biometric letter in March but we never received it another was sent in may and she enrolled her biometric on the 11 May 2012 at Holborn Post Office.
My question is: will the fact that the biometric was taken in May push the appication further back time wise?
