hi

i am new to this form been reading lots of mails i have few questions i hope some one can answer them pls.

i am applying for my ilr in august under 10 year rules my husband been my dependat since 3 years and working full time also i have two kids 3 years old and 1 year old now my question is that

1. when i apply for ilr can my husband apply as same time i do we been married and together more then three years if not then which visa he will apply? also will the new rule will apply for him as we are applying in august?

2. can my kids will the get ilr at the same time i will get

3. i got six month bank statement and three payslips will that enough to support my application



if any1 can ans quires i will be very greatful thanks

i am on student visa which expires in end of sep and i complet my ten years 9th of sep so thts why i am going to apply for ilr 28 days before

my kids were born in uk

Husband may apply for FLR(M).
Kids may skip leave to remain application as they will be entitled to register for British citizenships immediately after you are granted ILR.

hi

thanks for your reply but when can my husband apply for FLRM same time when i send my application?

one of solicitor told me i need to have my ten year payslips and p 60 as well but i dont think it is requirment on ukba website as i dont have last ten year payslips
and solicitor told me i have to explain what i am been doing last ten years dont even remember all my courses i have done and few colleges been closed so i dont even have few certifcates i have studied will that be a problem?

can u pls advice me a good solicitor thank you so much for your help
