accomodation issue...please advice:-S

Hello everyone..

I handed my spouse application and supprting documents last week.
my sponsors current flat is a 2 bedroom shared flat with one more person.
we provided letter from landlord that there will be enough room for me to live there,some photos, NO inspection report.are they enough for ECO to accept the property?

also my wifes cousin's who has got a 5 bedroom house, and it was not ready to offer us accomodation at the time of application,but a double bedroom is ready for her to move in now, free of rent,we are wondering if she moves there now,is there any way we can submit documents regarding this new property?

Once your application is submitted, you cannot send additional documents.

In terms of your living arrangements and I don't want to be the one who brings you down, but the fact is, without providing a housing inspection report, especially if the property is not owned outright, then you are potentially creating yourself a situation which they can easily refuse on.

What I would do now, is stop thinking/worrying about it, even if it's difficult, until you get your response from the UKBA. After that, you'll be in a better position as to what to do. Who knows, you may get the VISA, so your worrying would have a been a waste of time anyway.

Forget about the VISA application now and get on with your life until they contact you.

as you said I try to forget about it until I hear about the outcome, but I would like to be prepared in case of refusal.

at the moment my wife is paying 600GBP for the room,and she has the opportunity to live rent free,can she now move to new house or she has to stay there until the result of application? also if she can move to new place,is it possible to give evidences for new place in appeal, in the case of refusal.

no new evidence/circumstance can be presented at appeal........as appeal is based upon you saying that the ECO is wrong..........but ECO's decision is based upon what u submitted ....NOT what/how ur circumstance changed later.......

but i dont think u have much to worry about....as u could easily win the appleal (assuming overcrowding is not an issue...it is the reality after all ...ain'it) in case u get there.........
