14/06/2012 Tier-1 GEN EXT Experience @ Croydon

14/06/2012 Tier-1 GEN EXT Experience @ Croydon

14/06/2012

I got mine and 1 dependants Tier 1 general extension visa application approved Thursday at the Croydon PEO.

My appointment was at 10:20 am. Timeline below:

8:30 - reached Lunar house and waited outside until 9.45
9.50 - allowed in to the waiting area
10:10 - done by security check
10:20 - initial check/application validation done
10:30 - fees paid ( VISA Debit Card)
11:00 - data entered and sent to 2nd floor for Biometrics
11:30 - Biometrics done ( luckily my counter was working fine other counters are slow and taking time mine finish in 10min.
12:30 - called by a caseworker, submitted form and docs.
12:45 - called by caseworker and told that it will take some more time i can go and have lunch come back at 2.00.
2:30 - called again by casewroker and ask me few things and ask me to take a seat.
3:00 - case worker told me good news thats fine he will give me visa and take some time to enter all details into system.
3:30 - case worker gave me approval letter along with all my documents and told me my BRP will arrive with in 7 workings days.
3:45 - Thanked him and left Lunar house happily......:)

18/06/2012 Monday i received mine and my wife BRP......:)

Did you both get separate approval letters? What was your token no.?
I still haven't received my wife's approval letter/ I got mine that day/

My token no. was 125 on the 14/06/12

Mine is 096
Yeah they gave me both approval letters and i received both BRP today

I am still waiting for my wife's approval letter, as We have not received it.

BRP cards also not yet received. :(

NOTE:- Applied on 14th June. Got my approval letter at 4:15 PM

Will have to wait till this week , as it says 7 working days.

Got both BRP cards on 21/06/12 with new visa validity date till 3 years.
