PLEASE YOU CAN HELP ME AND TAKE ME THROUGH THE STEPS WHEN DEALING THE JOINT CLAIM. I AM IN THE IN A SUITATION THAT IM NOT WORKING YET BUT MY PARTNER IS AND THE HMR HAVE GIVEN HIM A TEMPORARY NI TO WORK, BUT REFUSED OUR CLAIM WHEN APPLYING JOINTLY.

HMR HAVE GIVEN HIM A TEMPORARY NI TO WORK

Who is HMR? If you mean HMRC then they do not issue temporary NI numbers.

If you think that the issue of a NI number allows someone to work, merely having a NI number has never allowed someone to work, and never has! Unfortunately many employers are not aware of that.

Please explain about this so-called temporary NI number. That is probably the reason why the Tax Credits claim has been rejected.

sorry if you believe I was shout never knew it meant shout, this is my first using this forum never used it before, well about the NI someone from a office that issues NI gave a temporary one. he as one that he is working with but he waiting for that to become permeate that y I think they sent him a temp one.
