Post by vijaykanth6 » Mon Jun 18, 2012 4:39 pm

Dear Gurus,
I am apllying for my ILR in August.I have a query for my kid.
My son born in India in april 2010.He stayed there in India until Dec'2010.
He came to UK in Dec'2010.
since I know there is a rule of 2 years cohabilation for dependants,Can I go for ILR to my son along with me?

This 2 years option applicable for Kids also?

A child would normally have been granted leave in line with the parents. Are you the mother, and if not, where is she? If you are the mother, where is the father?
