Tier 1 extension - working in brother's limited company

i sent my tier 1 extension application month ago. I am working through my bothers limited company, and just received an email from UKBA to confirm my relation with the company director ( that is my brother).

so is there any wrong to be employed by relative or working for bothers limited company. company address and my home address are same.

No, there is nothing wrong with that, but you (and him) can now expect close scrutiny. Which is only to be expected if the avoidance of immigration fraud is a priority. Obviously if everything about your employment is legitimate there is nothing to worry about.

Recently, there was a post on the forum from a guy who, every month, was giving his real wages to a friend, who then gave it back to him as fake income from his limited company. He was then showing both incomes (the real and the fake) to garner points for his T1 extension. So you can see what sort of tricks people are willing to get up to and how the UKBA are keen to investigate such issues.
