10 Years Long stay Application Under New Rule 09 July 2012

Post by Gows » Mon Jun 18, 2012 7:05 pm

Hi Everyone, It is a great forum.
I am planning to apply for ILR by later part of November this year. I am a PSW holder at the moment and have stayed legally 10 years by December, and have visa until March 2013 (10years + 3momths). My husband is a dependent on me and have a son was born in the UK who is 2.5 years ,also PSW dependent as I applied for him with us on PSW application. I am expecting for a bay now, and will be delivered before my ILR application. According to Moderators advice on this board I do not need to apply for 2nd baby now.
My questions are under the new rules,
1. Can my income and my husband's income added together to show the £18600 + £3800 minimum for my husband's FLR(M) application with my sons?
2. How can I show my income to my ILR application as I need to attach my Bank statements with my husband's FLR(M) application (Need to post my one and my husband's application to different address).
3. I already passed LIUK exam, do I need to show B1 level English?
Thank you.

There is no "new rule" for settlement under 10 year long residence.

1. Follow the link in this topic and read 2.
2. Doesn't your bank provide duplicate statements on request? Check.
3. No.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
