English Language Requirement for tier 1 General Dependent

Hello Experts

I am applying dependent visa for my wife from Pakistan and currently i am on Tier 1 General visa from May 2010. Could you experts help me out which documents i need to send it from here and what do my wife require from Pakistan and does she need any English certification like IELTS.

Your help will be much appreciated
