anyways heres my situation...
dec 2010 got married in bangladesh but due to the law where you had to be 21 and not 18 i couldn't apply.
since then i have been bangladesh twice to see my wife altogether 4 months in total and still stayed with the same job.
since dec 2011 i have total 7 months statement and payslips, but my balance is £1200 and i also have a recent p60.
i will get 1 more pay in july 1st 8 days before i can apply now the difficult situation is my wife will take her english exam on 25th june, but her certificate wont arrive for another 2 months which is past the july 9 deadline.
can my wife apply with the balance i got and without my wifes english certificate? i was told today by a solicitor that she should be able to apply cause she will get a card on her exam day proving she took it but she will definitely not get entry clearance but it will be on appeal but still under the old law so then i will have time and right documents to re appeal?
do i have a chance? even if it gets rejected but can still appeal will that work?
i will provide the following
7 months payslip and bank statements
all mobile statements since marriage
25 wedding pictures
25 pictures of us when i went to visit my wife twice
passport photocopy and p60
will soon get letter to confirm i have enough accommodation 3 bedroom flat 3 living + 1will be my wife
covering letter saying why i went twice to see her and photocopy of my passport showing the dates i travelled.
im still working but i get payed minimum wages hence me applying before july 9.
