Basic requirements for ILR

Post by shaad » Mon Jun 18, 2012 11:28 pm

Kindly let me know what wold be the basic requirement for ILR. I arrived in UK on a spousal VISA and will qualify for my ILR in October 2012.
I came into the country on November 2010 and since then travelling to and fro tp other countries in relation to work.
Also is there any other means to expedite this process faster by paying extra fees or charges when applying and how much time will this take as I normally have to travel every 40-45 days.
All replies would be appreciated.
Thanks
