Income for FLR

Post by nsm2010 » Tue Jun 19, 2012 6:19 am

Hi all,

At the time of my first FLR, I have filed income of 7 months (say 43K+) and scored 45 points against previous earnings.

Now at the time of 2nd FLR, I want to understand for my previous earnings how much I have to show. Whether I have to show 43k+ for the whole year or pro-rata of earnings shown at first FLR (43k+) for 12 months???

I have read policy Guidelines, but unable to get my answer. I will appreciate if someone could help me out please.

Whether you earn more or less or same as at the time of initial / extension application is irrelevant as long as you score the min. required points required for extension. The min. points required (75 or 80) depend on the date of application of the initial Tier 1 (General) application.

Thank you Sushdmehta,
I am scoring the min required points for Previous earnings in one year, but wants to confirm whether or not I have to show the same or more amount as I have shown at the time of my previous extension.
According to your reply, it is irrelevant whether or not you are showing more or less or same, provided you are earning the min points required. That's fine.

Thank you Sushd.

Regards,

Nadeem Shaikh.
