ILR Success - PEO Croydon - 19th June

Post by PrajwalS » Tue Jun 19, 2012 3:15 pm

I've appeared for ILR (PEO) at Croydon today. Mine is pretty staight forward case.

Tier (2) ICT.
Same company in the last 5 years
Completed 5 years continuously (just 24 days short).
No breaks (except few holidays every year).
Dependents: 2 (Wife and one Child) - with me from day one in UK

Appointment at 9:05am. I reached at 8:30am. Went thru Security and paid fees by 8:45am. I was sent to first floor. I was called at 9:00am and asked for passports and Application form. Registration completed. Called for Bometrics at around 9:30am. Then, called by Case worker at 10:00am.

Documents submitted:

1) Application Set (o) form
2)Last 12 months Payslips
3)Last 12 months bank statements
4) Last 5 years P60's
5)Life in UK pass certificates (for self and spouse)
6)Employer letter mentioning SOC code and pay (much above SOC code)
7) Cohab documents. I took around 35 different letters/documents in joint names and individual names. Case worker picked five documents from different months in the last two years and returened me the remaining documents.
8)Case worker gave some Crayons and a drawing paper for my kid.

Case worker asked us to wait there or return after two hours. We preferred to wait there. Case worker returned at aroun noon and gave my Passports and other documents back. She mentioned that the case is approved and I will get the Biometric cards in about 7 working days.

Thanks to 'sushdmehta' and this forum for helping on few queries I had earlier.

Hearty Congratulations on your ILR success.

Can you please share your employer letter template here or via PM? It will help to get one on similar lines from my employer.

Also appreciate your inputs regarding:
1 - Section 5 - What information did you put in the 4 fields?
2 - Payslips - Did you take a letter from your employer?
3 - Absences - Did you take a letter from your employer or used your own template?

Thank you very much.

2 - Payslips - Did you take a letter from your employer?

No - just had the employer stamp and sign last 12 months pay slips

I didn't do either. My total absences were 52 in the last 5 years. All holidays. No break in employment. So, letter not needed

Hi,

Congratulations on your ILR.

One question, did you get your eP60's signed and sealed by your HR

Thanks.
