Requirement to Travel once the Tier-2 Visa is issued

Hi All,

I had my Tier-2 ICT long term visa stamped in Nov 2011. However due to some personal prob i could not travel to UK. Now my company wants to send me again but the company's immigration consultant says that i need to reapply for my visa as I had not travelled within 6 months of issue of my visa. Is it correct ? My visa valid upto Dec 2014.

I'm not aware of any such rule. Suggest you ask the immigration consultant to substantiate his claim that there is such a rule.
