risk of out of time application psw

can anyone tell what is te risk of an application made after it became invalid after the leave expired. no appeal if rejected? my solicitor said that they will get me right to appeal if got rejected. is there any truth

There are no appeals for out of time applications.

it would be helpful if you stuck to the same thread, given that you have already had at least 2 on the same subject. Perhaps ask your solicitor on what grounds s/he believes that s/he can get you a right of appeal we can only imagine what his or her reasoning for this is.
