do i need biometrics card

Hi,

I am having tier2 ICT dependent visa expring on 31 jan 2013.

I am in a process of changing it to tier 2 general. i know i have to go to go to India for fresh visa, but do i need to have biometrics card before that

in what circumstances i need biometrics card?

If you were never issued a card, you don't need to provide one to make a new application. Cards are issued with some types of application made inside the UK.
