Entrepreneur visa- peculiar situation.

Post by bagyavasan » Wed Jun 20, 2012 11:17 am

Dear All,
I was within the UK on my post study work visa, during which I had started my own company and a franchise shop and it is still running- now almost 2 years.
I have invested 60,000 pounds in cash and have taken loan from HSBC for 15,000 pounds.
Now I am taking care of the business in India. I had entitled my friend to take care of the shop, and also I have employed 3 local citizens as well.
Now my firend is not able to take care of the shop, so i will have to gain entry into the UK again.
Will i be entitled apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa.
I have got the shop for 75,000 pounds, and given 10,000+5000 pounds to the franchisee head office so the total investment amounts to be 90,000 pounds out of which 15,000 pounds is from the UK bank.
Kidnly advise.
Thanks

hi bagyavasn ,

you can get entrepreneur visa by showing 200k or 50k (if you are in psw status ) as the money you had invested previously will not be counted because its more than 12 months .
