pls help! new financial requirement

Hi all, Pls can any one help me out here. I just want to know if the new financial requirement from july 9 affect kids born in the uk.

My kids where born in the uk and are not yet on my visa but i will be eligible for 10 years in january.
I wanted to just register them after my indefinite leave.
