Uk spouse visa pre 9 july query

Hi all, I just registered today, I have had a hard time with solicitors, money money money. then what they say does not match up.

Anyways, I live in London, trying to get my wife over from Turkey.

I am gathering all the paperwork. waiting for her 2nd passport to come(awkward problems) and her english certificate, hoping to submit the online form and biometrics form and pay before the 9th of July.


Will this be suitable enough to come under the current rules?

Or does the Applicant have to have attended a Visa Application Centre and submitted their documents and had thier biometrics before the 9th.

I have been told by a Solicitor that the changes go against Human Rights so the Government may revoke the changes further down the line.

I pretty much would be sorted if she could have an appointment on 16th of July, i go to Turkey on the 14th.

Any help would be appreciated,
