Hello, just joined the forum today. Many thanks to the people and moderators in the forum who have dedicated their time and efforts to assist others.

I'm a spouse of a British national and I have been married for 5 years and living in UK since Sep 2008. I had a student visa from September 2008 and then changed to spouse visa in September 2011.

My question is can I apply for ILR before I finish the two years spouse visa or I have to wait until September 2013?
