SET (O) Dependents Eligibility

Post by malai » Wed Jun 20, 2012 10:14 pm

Hi

I am new to this forum, i have read few threads and amazed at the level of information available here, i am having few queries related to my dependents section in the SET (O) application form , hope i get some help.

My situation as follows :

I got grant for HSMP tier 1 general migrant on 9th August 2007 , and this 9th August 2012, i am eligible for settlement.for which i have booked a premium service appointment on August 1st.

Regading my wife - I got Married in India in November 2009 and my wife was granted a dependent visa on 05/02/2010 and she first entered the UK on 13/02/2010 , she went back to India for maternity on 14th July 2011 to give birth to our baby and is back in the UK from 19th March 2012 (8 months outside of UK)

Regarding our baby - she was born in India on 7th October 2011 and was granted dependent visa on 22/02/2012 and she came to UK along with my wife on 19th March 2012

All our visas expires on the same day , 9th August 2012

below are the things i would like to know

1. Is my wife and Child eligbile for Settlement?
2. Can i apply for them along with my SET (O) application as dependents?
3. If they are not eligible , what should i do?

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks.
