Income Support level

Post by saminkhan » Wed Jun 20, 2012 11:05 pm

Hi

I am planning to apply for my parents and disabled brother under old rules for elderly dependant relatives. My family includes myself, my wife and a young daughter. Can you please check the income requirement for me;

111.45 My family income support rate
17.40 Family premium
64.99 Child element
111.45 My parents income support rate
106.45 Family premium for pensioners (My parents)
71.00 Single person income support rate
-----------------------------------------------------------
482.74

My parents are currently living in my house back home and have a pension as well. If they live with me we will have rental income for the property back home as well as they pension. Can i include both of these amounts to meet the above costs.

Finally, does child benefit of £80 fit anywhere above.

Thanks

Have you looked at the requirements for this category or had a professional comment on the merit of these applications? At 1850 pounds per application, you could be wasting a lot of money here.
