Help!!! Change of Circumstance Form

Post by galaxy42 » Thu Jun 21, 2012 9:42 am

I had applied for Tier 1 General extension and had biometric for me and 3 dependant done on 25th May, but still waiting for the applications to be processed by UKBA. Now need to join new company in July first week, for that I need to move to new place and vacate this property by end of this month.

I had following queries w.r.t change of circumstances form

1) Do I require to fill 4 separate forms for me and 3 dependants.
2) On the guidance section of the form it is specified that new and old contact address need to be provided but on the form there is no provision for both the address. So whether new address to filled in or old address?
3) Which is ideal time to notify UKBA of this change (this week or next week).

At the same time I am thinking of redirecting the post early next week.

We will send you an acknowledgement when we receive your form. Your details will be updated within 72 hours unless we need to make further enquiries.

Do I required to do for all dependants individually or just for me.

It is assumed that the dependant(s) is living with the principal migrant (as the immigration rules require), so updation by the principal migrant is all that is needed.

If you look at the link, it ask for each dependent detail along with main applicant.

So fill the online form and then call UKBA to confirm that they received your updated address details.

I received my Biometric Card today and missed the delivery of the passport.

All is well now. Thanks again
