Tier 1 General - Previous Earnings

Post by shashky » Thu Jun 21, 2012 2:29 pm

Hello Everyone,

My tier 1 visa extension is due in Jan 2013, for which i have to show a total earning of 55000 GBP. I am currently employed full time, and have a shortfall of 10000 GBP.

I can show some part time earnings to cover GBP 10000 from India in the next 4-5 months. I will also be able to show the salary slips and the salary credit in the bank account for the same.

Just want to know that will this earning be considered for the extension???
and any other additional document which will be required from the employer?

Also, do i have to inform HMRC as of now for the India earnings??

Thanks

Overseas earnings can be considered. Please also read the Tier 1 Guidance notes on what documents would be acceptable.
Also do a search on this forum using the keywords 'overseas earnings' or 'earnings abroad' and you may find many posts/topics of sucessful applicants with similar situation to yours.
