Sponsoring more than 1 family visit visa?

Hi

Myself & my wife jointly sponsored for the family visit visa of my in-laws and it was granted in June 2012 and they are currently here with us.

Now I'm planning to apply for my parents family visit visa in the middle of July. While checking the application form(FAMILY VISITOR (VAF1B OCT 2011)), I came accross question 8.8.

I presume my parents application form should say "Yes" to the above question and furnish my in-laws details as they were sponsored by me?

How significant is this query to my parents application and can I sponsor them without any restrictions?

Also my in-laws currently stay with us in 2 bed apartment, but they will return before my parents visit. Do i need to mention this in my sponsorhip declaration?

Any inputs on this will be much helpful.
