It's a ridiculous confusing question and the OP should consider revising the grammar. It's asking for the existence of something rather than for specific examples from people in that situation.

Therefore my response can only be: Yes, there are people who have been refused lately for various reasons!

No, it’s not like that I am not here to do scare mongering or any things like that. I probably should not ask such question as I myself waiting for the out come of my own application and just thinking way too many various possible options and out comes.
