Booking a premium appointment with 2 dependents

My Tier 2 General Visa runs out this Sept. I am trying to get a premium in person appointment, but when I select I have 2 dependents in the menu, the system does not give any available slots. Only when I select zero dependents I can obtain some slots.

Did anybody here manage to book a premium Tier 2 appointment with dependents?

The other alternatives are booking seperate appointments (one for me, one for wife and one for the kid) at the same time for the same day and venue, but that's very difficult given the scarcity of slots.
