Applying SET(M) next week - required documents please help

Hi

I am applying my wife's ILR -SET(M) at PEO next week.
please help.

She came to UK May 2008 (HSMP dep) and I am on ILR (10 years basis).
she got FLR(M) last week, so she was with me since last 4 years i am applying her SET(M) .

I have following question please answer:

A) required documents :-

* hope no need for min salary for both of us before 9 july?
* 6 documents for my wife name as follows:-
Speard documents since June 2010 - June 2012 (from 3 different sources):-
1) DVLA with counter part - June 2010
2) Barclays Statement - Nov 2010
3) NHS Hospital discarge Note - Feb 2011
4) T-mobile bill - Jul 2011
5) HSBC Credit card Statemet - Nov 2011
6) HM Revenue (Tax code letter) - Mar 2012

7) Water bill joint name - Mar 2012
8 ) GP letter - Jun 2012
(confirming registered and leaving since 2009)

* 6 documents for my name as follows:-
Speard documents since June 2010 - June 2012 (from 3 different sources):-
1) Council bill - May 2010
2) Tenancy Aggreement - May 2010
3) water bill - April 2011
4) Gas bill - Sep 2011
5) Council bill - Mar 2012
6) Gas bill - Jun 2012

Note: can i give 2 council and 2 gas bill they consider as 4 items or only 2 items?
