Attending Summer School in Czech Republic for a month

Dear Gurus,

I am going to apply Czech Schengen Visa at Czech embassy London. My course dates are 21/07/2012 to 18/08/2012. My problem is that my UK Resident permit is becoming subject to renewal on 17 September 2012. It means that I will not have 90 days left on my UK resident permit beyond the expiry of my requested Schenegen Visa. I am due to apply for my Indefinite leave to Remain in UK on 25/08/2012. I don't know what to do because Czech Embassy required to have 3 month validity of the UK Resident permit beyond the requested expiry of Schengen visa. Any suggestion would be welcomed. thanks
