Some patience please. It's a weekend and only 20 minutes passed since your original post.

The application form is full of questions which are not relevant for EEA applications. They just reused an application under the UK rules which is not suitable for EEA applications.

If you are working, your financials are not relevant as well as accommodation or your wife employment or financials. Just provide some recent payslips to show your employment in the UK.

To expand on the above answer. There are many questions that are not relevant in your case but are relevant if it were an extended family member that were applying.

Be aware an ECO might 'mistakenly' apply conditions relating to an extended family member ie Regulation 8(4) which allows a family permit to be given with reference to satistying non-EEA Immigration rules (and of course can be denied using the same rules).

There are no language requirements for applications under EU regulations. It only applies when applying for a visa under the UK immigrations rules.

I am not sure if I understand your questions.

He must come to the UK within the next six months. It should say that on the visa itself.

Once he is in the UK with you, he is not required to leave. He can stay, and work, and live, and love. I assume you are working?
