Travelling to EUROPE Before ILR Appliction

I am going to attend summer School in Czech Republic from 21 July 2012 to 18 August 2012. I am due to apply my ILR on 25/08/2012. My existing leave to remain on Tier 1 is running out on 17 September. Would traveling to Czech Republic cause me any hassle with my application or at the airport on re-entry?
