Passport validity

Post by alifayyaz » Sat Jun 23, 2012 11:41 pm

Hi All,

My TIER 1 visa is expiring on 9th August, 2012 and I have booked an appointment for 3rd August, 2012. My passport is due for renewal on 12th October, 2012. My concern is that is there any requirement for specific validity on passport for TIER 1 extension application e.g. 3 or 6 months?

Thanks for any help.

Regards,
Ali

No there is no such requirement. if at the time of application your passport is valid, well and good. additionally visas are not stamped on passports now a days as you must be aware.
