Generally, unless there has been a sudden and significant change in their circumstances (that prevents their return) during their visit, applications of this kind from inside the UK (rather than as entry clearance from outside the UK) are refused.

Thanks for your response,

I have spoken to few solicitors who have told me that if the application is declined before the expiry of there visa (Early Oct) , they will not get a chance to appeal.
Is that correct ?
Can anyone advise, share there views?

At least one of them must be 65, as I doubt the medical conditions you have mentioned are 'exceptionally compassionate'

Just a thought if they were completely dep on you as you say how did they get their visa to come to the UK? What did they show to convince the ECO they would return - how has this now changed?
