Appointment booked. What next?

Please advice

I got appointment for Tier 1 G extension in August. Can anyone please advise how to pay the fees?
Do we just need to fill the Tier 1 G form and Dependent form and all the documents and make the payments on the day of appointment?

Please advise?

Yes. When you go for your appointment you will be given an option to pay with your credit/debit card, if thats the choice of your payment. Its bit easier with payment for same day applications as any problem with your bank can be sorted out there and then, and applications are not invalidated.

Can you please let me know about the Biometric Details?
Although they took my biometrics in Pune, India in Aug 2009, Do I need to give them biometric details again?
If yes, how should I give this to them? Do I need to give this on the day of appointment in PEO?

Yes, you will have to submit biometrics again and it will be on the same day.
