PSW Dependant Visa Employment Enquiry

Hi guys .

Can anyone please guide me in the right direction as i am getting mixed statements from everywhere.

I have recently got my PSW and i was on a student visa before and i want to apply for my wife's dependant visa from back home ,

Do I have to show the employment letter and salary slips as being on the Student visa before , having employment is out of question so what is the right answer to this if you guys can help me

Your help will be much appreciated.

As long as you can show the maintenance funds for an out of country application, there is no requirement for you to be employed to bring your dependent, although any proof of employment and accommodation makes your application more credible, but there are no requirement for a compulsory employment as such.
