work allowed or not on tier 1 enterpreneur

Hi
I am on psw now and working with nhs part time. I want to switch to tier 1 enterpreneur as this is the only option. but I do not want to lose my job.
is working allowed in this visa ( even part time ). I have also established a business besides my part time job.
if working is not allowed then any solution for me to gain indefinite leave to remain.

The rules have not changed since you asked previously and are not likely to change in the near future.
